The Pansoinco Group has been active in Europe since 1991.

From that time forward, the Group has built on the previous Latin American experience of its key investors and personnel in the sectors of electrical transmission systems, civil construction, electromechanics and aluminium processing.

Via a series of wholly-owned companies in Hungary, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands and Switzerland, Pansoinco has established a solid reputation in the fields of:

• international trade of raw materials
• manufacturing and processing of nonferrous metals
• logistics management
• Engineering and energy project planning

In the year 2000 the Group consolidated its holdings under Pansoinco SA (Madrid), a Spanish Holding Company.
